Whitelabel guide

1. Onboard a merchant

Adding a merchant takes about a minute. They go live once we approve them.

  1. 1

    Open Sub-merchants

In your reseller dashboard, click Sub-merchants at the top.
  2. 2

    Fill in “Onboard a sub-merchant”

Enter the merchant's business name, their website, and the rates you want to charge them per payment type (see Pricing). Then click Submit for approval.
  3. 3

    Wait for approval

The merchant shows a PENDING badge while we review them. This is usually quick.
  4. 4

    They go ACTIVE

Once approved, the badge flips to ACTIVE and you can connect their checkout.
You can add a merchant and create a test key before approval, so you can integrate and try things out. A live key — the one that takes real payments — only unlocks after the merchant is approved.

Why approval?

Every merchant that processes through us has to be reviewed, the same way your own account was. It protects you and us: it keeps the payment networks happy and keeps bad actors off the platform. You're still the one who signs them up and sets their price — we just sign off before they go live.

Editing a merchant later

On each merchant's card you'll see Edit rates (change what you charge them) and Sites & keys (add their website and generate API keys). You can change rates any time.
