Whitelabel guide

How whitelabel works

As a whitelabel reseller you run your own merchants under your brand. You bring the merchants and set their pricing; we handle the payment processing, settlement and compliance behind the scenes.

The merchants you sign up are called sub-merchants. You decide what to charge each one. Each payment comes at an agreed cost to you; you set your own price on top and keep your fee on every payment they take. You never touch a customer's card or wait on a processor — that's our side.

The loop

  1. 1

    Onboard a merchant

Add the merchant and set your fee — the markup you add on top of your cost. They start as pending.
  2. 2

    We approve them

We review the merchant. Once approved they go active.
  3. 3

    Connect their checkout

Add their website and generate an API key, then hand it to them (or their developer) to plug into their checkout.
  4. 4

They take payments — you earn

As they process payments, your balance fills up. You withdraw it, pay each merchant their share, and keep your margin.
Everything for a reseller lives in your Reseller dashboard (the “Reseller” item in your sidebar). The normal merchant pages — Customers, Transactions, Balances — stay empty, because you don't take payments directly. Your sub-merchants do.

Two numbers to know

Pricing comes down to two numbers, both on the pricing screen for every payment type:

  • Your cost — your all-in cost to run that payment, shown for you. It's a single bundled number: everything needed to take the payment is already included, so you never add anything to it. We agree it with you up front.
  • Your fee — the markup you add on top of your cost. This is your profit; your merchant pays your cost plus this.
