Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all merchants and users of Vexutopia Ltd's payment orchestration platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Vexutopia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation.

1. Permitted Use

Merchants may use the Platform to process payments for lawful goods and services, including but not limited to:

• Digital content, subscriptions, and software
• Adult content platforms (where legally permitted in the merchant's and customer's jurisdiction)
• E-commerce and physical goods
• Online services and SaaS
• Gaming and entertainment (where legally permitted)

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

2.1 Illegal Content & Services

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
• Sale of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition sales without proper licensing

2.2 Financial Crimes

• Money laundering or structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements
• Fraud, identity theft, or deceptive practices
• Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent investment opportunities
• Unauthorised collection of third-party payment data

2.3 Sanctions & Restricted Parties

• Transacting with individuals or entities on OFAC, HM Treasury, or EU sanctions lists
• Processing payments from or to sanctioned countries

2.4 Platform Abuse

• Attempting to circumvent Platform security, rate limits, or monitoring systems
• Using the Platform to process payments for undisclosed third parties
• Misrepresenting the nature of goods or services processed through the Platform
• Excessive chargebacks or fraudulent dispute patterns

3. Adult Content

Merchants processing payments for adult content must:

• Verify that all content involves consenting adults aged 18 or over
• Maintain appropriate age verification systems on their platform
• Comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including the UK Online Safety Act 2023
• Retain records sufficient to demonstrate compliance upon request
• Not process payments for content that is illegal in the UK, EU, or the customer's jurisdiction

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Vexutopia reserves the right to:

• Monitor transactions for compliance with this AUP
• Request documentation or information from merchants to verify compliance
• Suspend or terminate access immediately for serious or repeated violations
• Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Withhold or reverse payouts associated with prohibited activity

5. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and this AUP. Vexutopia is not responsible for the content, legality, or quality of goods or services sold by merchants through the Platform.

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
